dblatex software package provides Produces DVI, PostScript, PDF documents from DocBook sources, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dblatex
dblatex is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dblatex package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dblatex *
You will get with dblatex package name, version, architecture and description in a table
